The first 3 hours of race time are included. 2 hours of setup and take down time is also included, which gives us some extra time before your race time to fiddle and fix the cars if needed. Additional hours may be added as they are used.

LARGE EVENTS

Each Day
There is an additional daily charge of $175 for public, corporate, and large events. This covers extra costs and time setting up and allows us to bring in extra man power if needed. This is NEVER charged for birthday parties.

PORTABLE POWER

The track requires a standard 110v power outlet. We can bring a Battery/Inverter to power the track in areas were there is no access to an outlet.

All travel fees are included for any event within 20 miles of Lapeer, MI. After 20 miles there is a charge of $1.00 per one-way-mile to cover travel time and gas.

NATIONAL TRAVEL
We will travel anywhere in the USA, as long as you cover the travel costs. We typically drive, however in some cases flying is more practical. In this case we can pack a more portable track up in a suit case. We have places to stay in Tallahassee Florida & N.E. of Los Angeles California.
Standard Track Size & Layout
Our track is a simple setup, four folding tables, a grass mat, SCX Digital slot cars and track, and a few scenic pieces.

What we require from you:

  • Access to a standard 110v power outlet.

  • A space large enough to setup the track.

  • Additional space for spectators, if any. The first two feet of space surrounding the track must remain empty so the drivers and operator have freedom to get to crashed cars quickly. All spectators need to stand outside of this 2 foot space.

  • As much preperation time as possible. We require a few days to pre-setup the track, for cleaning, testing, and likely rebuilding of the track and each of the 12 to 18 cars. We cannot always do this right before the event day, so the sooner you pay the $50.00 deposit to reserve your event date the better.
